Historic Brief

Cartagena was founded by the Spaniard Don Pedro de Heredia on the 1st of June 1533. During the inquisition the fortified city and its accompanying fort were continually hounded by English and French pirates hoping to relieve Spain of some of its gold more recently however Cartagena is becoming a travel destination known more for its beaches bars, clubs and restaurants.

Declared by UNESCO as a world Heritage sight you can also count on an infrastructure to cover all type of events. An international airport just 2 hours 20 mins from Miami and an excellent selection of world class hotels.
